Servitec Initiates Dismantling of B747 at the Largest B737 MAX Parking
Aircraft maintenance company Servitec has begun the recycling tasks of a Boeing B747 Jumbo Jet that landed at Lleida-Alguaire Airport (Lleida) a few weeks ago.
This type of recycling entails a meticulous process involving over 1,000 components scheduled for reuse and the ecological recycling of non-marketable remnants, the company reported on Monday in a statement.
Servitec’s Maintenance Director, Miguel Martin, highlighted that Lleida-Alguaire Airport stands out “due to its excellent location in Southern Europe, ample space availability, and a flexible, proactive management approach to facilitate the implementation of aeronautical projects on its premises.” Read the full article:
