Servitec establishes quality plans to specify the standards, practices, resources, specifications and sequence of activities for particular aircraft maintenance services or projects.
These Quality Plans are used to guarantee compliance with our clients’ requirements and to guarantee external and internal standards and procedures, being an added value for our clients. To achieve this, we have key performance indicators and objectives that are proposed annually and reviewed.

The objective of this training course is to contribute to the improvement of flight safety by ensuring that relevant safety information is reported, collected, stored, protected and disseminated to avoid incidents and accidents without assigning blame, responsibilities or penalties.
Safety Management System
Our Approved PART 145 SMS system REG. 1321/2014 (Safety Management System), evaluates the safety associated with the performance of our maintenance services and their interaction with our costumer operations.
